| Characteristics |
The Silicon Carbide is a compound composed of carbon and silicon, which has extremely high hardness and wear resistance. It also has excellent thermal conductivity (120-270 W/mK) and a low coefficient of thermal expansion, making it excellent in high-temperature environments. Silicon carbide is widely used in abrasives, refractories, semiconductor devices, and high-temperature sensors.
